The dedicated Staff operates a private farm in the mornings making them near self-sufficient in the Summer and Fall months.
Our Menus are put together based of how we feel about the produce and season around us. We change them at will when inspired to move forward. With everything made on site accommodation can be made for varying diets please inform us when booking.
